Joseph was Peter Helmer TURNER's brother who also lived in Waukesha 1840-42. They were sons of John TURNER and Mary ELLIS who had 10 children. I don't know when Joseph TURNER came to Waukesha, but he died there (according to a notice of his death which appeared in a California paper) in 1873. Other than his birth, marriage and death dates, and a little about his business life while in NY in the 1820s & 30s, I know nothing about Joseph. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
