Penny, the Waukesha Freeman and the Waukesha Plaindealer are available on ancestry.com through their historical newspaper subscription. You should be able to view what's available to see if it's worth it to you before you decide to get it - they do add things daily to their database, but it will be of no use to you unless it covers the areas and times in which your family lived. I can't remember if they have a month to month option or if you have to get a yearly subscription. I'm sure their site would be more helpful than I could be.
