I am looking for any information on the surname, Sowatzke. Other variations are Sowatzka, Sowaske, Sowaska, Savatzki. I have information that my grandmother, Charlotte Sowatzke, came to the United States in 1884, settled in Waukesha, and married my grandfather, August Schalla, there on April 14, 1886. They moved to Pittsville, WI about 1889. If anyone can find any information on any of the variations of the surname, I would appreiciate it.
