They had a son, Francis Gordon Salentine, died 29 Jan 1991. I am the oldest of five children to the marriage of Francis "Gordy" Salentine and Joan Marie Resheske. Patricia- 7 Jan 1955, James- 17 Oct 1956, Mary- 24 Dec 1958, Paul- 1 Aug 1960 (died 27 July 1994), and Timothy- 17 March 1964. My mother died recently on 30 May 2002 and I have no history of the Salentine family. Through Mary Stigler I have found out that Francis John Salentine's parents were Joseph Peter Salentine and Elizabeth Snyder. And the son of John Joseph Salentine and Angeline Puetzter. I know he had 8 children, was my dad included in this list. And what are there names? I'd also be very interested in learning what nationality my grandfather was and to see pictures. My grandmother Veronica remarried the day Francis John Salentine died because of the catholic church, to Conrad Precour. Acco! rding to my Aunt Belva Dennin, Francis tried to have her move to his home town but she refused, she cut all connections for my father.
