Moses MCFARLANE was my great grandfather. Amy Belle MCFARLANE daughter of Moses and Mary PURVES was born 26 Mar 1887 and died 17 Sep 1890. She fell into a cauldron of boiling water in the yard while her mother was doing laundry. What a tragedy and how guilty her mother must have felt!
