Looking for where great-great grandmother (Lyda May Peterson , maiden name ?? was Allagad? ) and great aunt ( Christine Peterson , died as child ) are buried. GG grandfather was Frands Christian Pedersen name changed here in US to Frank Christian Peterson. He came from Denmark, listed in 1880 census He was a blacksmith. He married Lyda, had 3 children by 1887. I know that he also worked as a blacksmith. My grandmother said her older sister died in an epidemic. By about 1893 he ( Peterson ) had remarried Emma Frances Hanson also from Denmark. In around 1895 this family moved to Springer NM. 1896 they had a son. Had his own blacksmith shop there. Then again about 1906, moved to Deming, NM. Had his own shop until he died in 1928. I am looking for info on first wife and older daughter ---- anything. Looking for family on gggrandmother. The spelling on her maiden name came from original SS app on grandmother. Haven't been able to find more. Found the his family ( had brother ) in Denmark also. Any info would help.
