Hoping that KEIL, SCHUMANN (John William), WOERTH (WIRTH) and ENGLE are still some of the families in the Waukesha area. These families came to Peewaukee about 1860 from Germany. John and Emilia (Keil) Schumann were newlyweds when they arrived and had maybe their first three children in Peewaukee before moving on to Iowa (LeMars) about 1870.
