Then I go into the Find/Replace function (found in the "Edit" menu). I tell it to find > and replace it with NOTHING (not the word, just leave the "Replace With" field blank). Then tell it to go to work. After that, I manually reformat the document the way I like it, copy the whole thing, paste it into an e-mail, and send the critter.
