I went to a little cemetery in Brookfield, Waukesha County cemetery and got all the names and dates off of the gravestones. Here are the surnames....if you reconize any of them as someone that could have been in your family let me know and I will see if they are buried there. It is a cemetery mostly with Civil War Vets, some were just civilians though. It was established in 1850 and the latest date of death that I found is about 1926 (that I can remember). Some World War 1 vets are buried there also. Here are the Surnames. White, Ormond, Dixon, Barker, Celley, Powers, Wadsworth, Ryan, Lumb, Philbrook, Howard, Carlton, Carleton, Gray, Faulkner, Daunber, Blodgett, Strong, Jay, Hart, Gillett, Bolster, Taylor, Sherwood, Fessenbecker, Howart, Groot, Chaflin, Davis, Chapin, Russell, Freudberg, Colby, Churchill, Rathbun, Aucusta, Putney, Seymour, Brownell, maynard, Beighton, Winzenrier (?), Wells, Ramsteck, Booth, Nixon, Tucker, Wright and Lieske.
