Surnames: Andrus/Andrews, Aldrich, Pratt, Vrooman Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/TFC.2ACE/662 Message Board Post: Hi, My GX3 Grandparents, Hiram and Lucy left Bradford County, PA after 1840. Their 2 known son's were William Andrus b. 1829 and Calvin b. 1835. Lucy's sister was Eliza Pratt Vrooman, wife of William, who apparently settled in Waukesha County in 1848. When Calvin Andrus, the son of Hiram and Lucy was mustered out of the 23rd WI Infantry in 1865 he first went to Oconomowoc. Could Hiram and Lucy have been there in 1865? Was Calvin simply visiting Aunt Eliza and Uncle William? Was Calvin's wife Sally Ann Aldrich Andrus there with him? Was brother William there? Is there any way of answering any of these questions?
