Can anyone provide information relative to a James MAIR who is believed to have married a Mary HOWIE. Mary was the daughter of Thomas HOWIE and Mary MORTON and b 1839 in Ayrshire. James Mair may have been born late 1820s/early 30s in Ayrshire, and may have married late 1850s/early 1860s. 2. Does anyone have information on the James MAIR who married Anna Unknown, and who lived in Vernon and had at least a John, MaryAnn, Alexander, Sarah, and Willie.? 3. Does anyone have information on any other James MAIRs in the area?....in the 1845-1900 timeframe? Thank you
