I am researching the BLASING/BLAESING family of Elm Grove, Brookfield, and Waukesha. Also related familes: KLOCK, LEISCHER, and KEEBLER. James and Charles KLOCK came to Waukesha from Central New York between 1850 and 1855. August BLAESING came to Elm Grove via New York from Hansfelde, Posen, Prussia in 1855. The BLASING family remained in the Waukesha area until recently; the Klock name remains until about 1920. The KEEBLER family that I am researching still has descendants in Southeatern Wisconsin, mostly Milwaukee and Racine. Much of the LEISCHER family moved on to Minnesota, as did relatives of the BLASING and KLOCK families, which both have many descendants there. Any connections??
