Mary, The following is the obit as it appeared in the Waukesha Freeman January 14, 1904 pg 5 col 1 Lorenz Groh. Lorenz Groh, aged 88, died last Thursday at his home in the town of New Berlin. He was a pioneer resident of the county, having resided here many years. His wife died a number of years ago. He is survived by a son and a daughter--Henry Groh of Milwaukee and Mrs. Joseph Kau of New Berlin. The funeral was held Friday. According to my virtual calendar, the 14th was on a Thursday, therefore Lorenz would have died on the 7th and was buried on the 8th.
