It does not identify as School for the Deaf, but, beginning on p. 30 and to p. 35, the names are in alphabetical order - before then they are not. ALso, they are listed as one person only - the rest have several people in the household. It lists number of males and number of females in household. Page 30 to most of p. 35 are one person only. The handwtriting is pretty clear HILNOYSKI, not HLINOVSKY, but it may be close depending on who was giving info & pronunciation? This was the only one close.
