I don't think your Grandfather James is from my family. Three persons of the Sorensen family immigrated to Amerika at that time (around 1890), Jacob, Hans Johannes and Soren Lars. Often Danish immigrants "amerikanised" their names, but in this case the age and birth don't match my information. But anyway, do you have some more information on James? Did he have any brothers or sisters. Did he live in other places in Wisconsin etc. ?? Please let me know anything you come to think about. Hans Henning
