Index says 23 January 1850 - Martha Hulverson and Wickley Toleson. (My comment is that possibly it could be Halverson on the original record, someone might have interpreted it wrong. I don't know.) This record is written in paragraph form. Wickley Toleson and Martha Hulverson, State of Wisconsin, Walworth County. I hereby certify that on the 23rd inst. in presence of 4 wits I married Wickley Toleson and Miss Martha Hulverson after examining under oath the said Wekley Toleson according to law and finding no legal impediment thereto.
