I'm told that she was born in East Troy, but have found no record of her at the courthouse in Walworth county. She was on the 1900 census and it showed that she resided in Spring Prairie at that time. How would I obtain a birth record showing where she was born? I had already sent for a record at the Madison, WI vital records office and they came up with nothing. She was born on March 25, 1891 and died November 14, 1956. I understand that there may have been a problem with birth records at this time. If so, how do I go about finding her place of birth. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
