I don't know if this is relavent to your sereach, but I remember both Koch and Keoppen surnames, in the East Troy, Walworth Co., area, when I was growing up. I went to high school with a young man: Gary Koch , and my Mother and Father had a friend from Eastern Star by the name of Vera Koeppen, she was around 70/ 80 years old, back in the late 60's. I remember her as a widow at that time, can't seem to remember her husband's name. There may have been children, but they were all grown by that time.
