The can not provide it at this time to government agencies and genealogical societies. This just happened in last week or so and we had no warning of this. I have requested the tech support guy (who volunteered to do it) go to his management and ask if there are plans to get it back, will this happen with any others, and suggest they post something on the web page for those who are trying to access something they have had and paid for. The nice guy (who I have had contact with prior and he did what he was suppose to) will get back with me as soon as he can get those higher ups to respond. When I hear I'll let you know too.
