    1. [WIWALWOR] Robinsons NY to WI
    2. Most families traveled together if they could, while others came later when it was possible. Does anyone have any family migrating about these dates or places, or recognize any names? Eleazer S. Robinson, born between 1803 and 1807 in NY. Migrated to Sharon, Walworth Co., WI sometime between 1843 and 1845. In Jan. 1846 he buys a plot in Sharon Twp. Died 28 Jul 1850 just after the census. In 1830 he is in Tioga Co., NY as head of household. There is older lady that is probably his mother and several younger males that are brothers. Also I think he married in Cortland Co. next to Tioga Co. In 1840 he is in Chautauqua Co., NY. His wife, Dimmis, I have not proved but I believe she was a Rice. In the 1860 census a daughter, Linda E., is living in the household of a Martin Rice in Rock Co. She was working as a Milliner. In 1870 census she is back in her brother's, Luther Otis Robinson, household in Darien. Another daughter, Mary Matilda Robinson married Ira Milton White in Dec. 1860 in Darien. Luther was a witness. I believe Eleazer to be related to some Robinson's already in Walworth Co., George W., Charles H. and Ebenezer, and possibly Samuel who I think came later. Helen
