Well, I have been still stumped with the group we have been working on. You mentioned that Mae ended up with the Wheeler's. Oddly enough,I am finding a ton of Indian with Wheeler surnames. So, as my mind works (lol)...Wondering if maybe there was a connection between the Lewis to Wheeler's as well? Hence Mae ended there witht them after her parents died.
