Her name was Emma Fountain Pratt. I thought her name was Mae. Her father was Morganthee Pratt. I found info on them on the LDS site. He was a hotelkeeper and got that info from the 1880 census for Baraboo County- that's where they were. I also found them in Minnesota in Fairmont. Emma and her father died in Minnesota and were buried in St Paul. I am in process of getting both their death cert. I also found Carlton Ballou in Fairmont Mn. and also where he was born in 1880 Cape Vincent, Jefferson, New York census. Emma divorced him as when she died her name was Pratt again. I also found the name of my grandmothers brother who died at birth- Leo Maturin Ballou. Morgante Pratt was married to Anna Colton who came from Swanton Falls Vt. and married Morgante in Whitewater Wi or in Fairmont Mn. in 1859. Mt great gmother also had three siblings not one. Katie Estella Pratt-1864, James Mead Pratt-1866,( Emma-1874) and her sister Sarah 1878. ! Thanks for your time.
