It shows a 4 yr old (b. 1876) Jessie Hermance (pronounced the same) born in wisconsin - with father from NY and mother from Ireland. Father's name is David Hermance. Interestly, they live with another family - Benson. They are located in Cohoes, Albany, NY ED #60 page 52 (image 5 of 87 on ancestry) I hope this helps and I'll look up the birth record when I'm there next.
