What I can say, Burlington is located in Racine County. The cause of death would be on the death certificate located there. It also should state where she was when she passed away (as well as the burial cemetery) and possibly the doctor's name. As for finding out about medical conditions, I have a similiar issue in my family and if you want official medical records, you USUALLY have to get a court order to open the records for view.
