    3. Does anyone have access to the 1860 Wisconsin Census? I want to check Isabelle and Mary Hempsted who are living in Lafayette. Pg 365 is given in one reference but I don't know if that is accurate. Also, it looks like Isabelle's name is spelled wrong in the record. I would like all information about the family that is available in the census. Thanks so much. Gay Davis

Surnames: Pratt, Colton Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/QFC.2ACE/711.11 Message Board Post: Dear Georgia, I'm related to the Pratt families that were some of the first settlers of Whitewater. I have some of the info on Freeman Pratt and back from there. What I really need is after that time. My great grandmother was Mae Pratt aka (Bay). She married Carlton Ballou fron New York. She died young before my mom and her siblings were born. The information I do have is of her sister. Her name was Sarah Ellen Pratt- father was Morganthee Pratt and mother Anna Colton. She was born July 5, 1878 in Whitewater Wisconsin. If she was born there I'm sure my greatgrandmother must've been also. I have Sarah Ellens (Sadie or Babe as we knew her as) SSDI info which is where I got her birthplace and parent info. I tried to get birth info on both Mae and Sarah Pratt but came up empty. I would like any info on Mae, birth and or death. She would've been in the same time frame as Sadie. I'm not sure who was older. Also except for a mention in Walworth county history of a child named Morganthee of Freem! an L. Pratt I there is no other mention of Morganthee that I've found. I would also like to find out where the Pratts are buried. I live in Minnesota and would like to visit the cemeteries if I could find where they might be. I know Sadie is buried in Oregon but Mae could be buried in Wisconsin as she was divorced and died probably before 1920-25. If you could give me some sources I could look for info to when I do come to the area etc. it would be appreciated. I am sure Morganthee, Anna, Freeman and wife are buried there someplace. I have relatives in Plymouth and Sheboygan so they may be able to do some leg work also. Thanks for your time. Sincerely, Renee
