Hi!. I think this is the first time I have asked for info on this family. Augustus WOOD was born 7 April 1836 in Canada. In 1862 he married Mary COMPEAU. They lived and died in Medford, Taylor Co. Wisconsin. They had 7 children: Margaret, Mary Ann, Gustus, William, George, Sarah and Henry Wood. If anyone else is researching this family history it would make my day hearing from you.
