Belisle, 99, of River Falls, died on Friday, August 27, 2004 at The Lutheran Home in River Falls. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, September 5th at 4:00 pm at the United Methodist Church in Menomonie. The family will greet friends and family after the service at a reception. Memorials may be given to the Frank and Betty Belisle scholarship fund at UW-Stout.
