Bertelsen, 92 Thursday, July 15, 2004 Jacob ("Jake") U. Bertelsen, 92, of Hammond and formerly of North Hudson, died Wednesday, July 14, 2004 at the American Heritage Care Center in Hammond. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 17 at the O’Connell Family Funeral Home in Hudson. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at O’Connell’s on Saturday.
