Chuck is the owner and operator of Chuck's Recycling in Hammond. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 13 at Peace Lutheran Church in Baldwin. Visitation will be Thursday from 4 until 7:00 p.m. at the O'Connell Family Funeral Home of Baldwin, and one hour prior to the service at church on Friday.
