Dean Winegar, 90, of Cozad, Neb., died Wednesday, Aug. 4, in Cozad. Survivors include a son, Gary (Lois) Winegar, of Hudson. A memorial has been established in his memory. Services were at 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 9, at the First Methodist Church in Cozad, with burial in the Cozad Cemetery.
