Celebration of Fran's life will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 25th at the O’Connell Family Funeral Home of Baldwin with Pastor John Hanson of Peace Lutheran Church officiating. Visitation will be on Thursday from 5 until 7:00 p.m. at the O’Connell Family Funeral Home of Baldwin, and one hour prior to the service at church on Friday.
