A memorial gathering was from 2 to 6 p.m. Monday, July 5, at the O’Connell Family Funeral Home in Hudson. He was born in St. Paul, May 22, 1950, the son of Robert H. and Yvonne (Larson) Flattum, and was married to Audrey Klein. For many years he was an auto and boat mechanic. Surviving are his wife, Audrey; two sons, Tony and David Jr., both of St Croix Beach; two sisters, Nancy (Jim) Waskow of White Bear Lake, Minn., and Robyn (Terry) Schwartz of St. Paul; four brothers, Michael Flattum of Woodbury, Minn., Rodney (Margie) Flattum of Stillwater, Jon (Wanda) Flattum of St. Croix Beach and Robert (Mary) Flattum Jr. of Kansas. His grandparents were the late Gust and Martha (Gregerson) Flattum of Hudson and Rueben and Vivian (Eaton) Larson of New Richmond.
