Deist, 84 Marcella J. Deist, 84, of Hudson, and formerly of West Allis, died Monday, Aug. 4, at the Christian Community Home. She was born April 16, 1919, in Milwaukee, the daughter of Herman and Hazel (Ewert) Polzien. While in Milwaukee she was employed as a laboratory technician for Chris Hansen Foods. She enjoyed dancing, needlework and reading. Survivors are her daughter, Marcie (Chuck) Hutera of Hudson; three grandchildren, Chuckie (Tami) Hutera of Star Prairie, Mathew Hutera and James “Bubba” Hutera, both of Hudson; and a great-grandson, Garrett Hutera. Preceding her in death were her parents and her husband, Charles. Graveside services were Friday, Aug. 8, in Arlington Park Cemetery in Milwaukee.
