Shaw, 77 Robert Clayton Shaw, 77, of Mesa, Ariz., died there Thursday, June 12. He was the son of Irvin B. and Thelma H. (Michaelson, HHS 1923) Shaw and the grandson of the late Sam and Anna Michaelson of North Hudson. Mr. Shaw was a veteran of World War II He is survived by a son, Robert Shaw of Illinois; a daughter, Constance (Tom) Blanchard of Tucson, Ariz.; three grandchildren, Kailey Blanchard, Morgan Blanchard and Robert Shaw, and an uncle, Gordon Michaelson of Grosse Point Farms, Mich. Graveside funeral services were Saturday, July 19, in Willow River Cemetery in Hudson with Pastor Marilyn Thurber of the Redeemer Lutheran Church in Burkhardt officiating. Memorials are preferred to Little City, 1760 Algonquin, Palestine, IL 60067 or any hospice of the donor’s choice.
