Germain, 77 July 2, 1926 - Aug. 3, 2003 Dennis B. Germain of Somerset died Aug. 3 at home. Dennis was born July 2, 1926 in New Richmond. He was preceded in death by his mother, Berengere; father, John; sisters, Doris and Claire; and brothers, Donald and Delore. He is survived by wife, Velma; daughters, Denise (Randy) Meyer, Carolyn (Scott) Counter; sons, Allan (Jelaine), Jerry, Eric, Stephen (Melanie), Brian (Cathie); sisters, Ella Marie Germain-CSJ, Mae (Tom) Mitchell, Rita Richards; brothers, Andrew, Urban (Pauline), Leo, Ralph (Diane); also 18 grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial was at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 6 at St. Anne’s Catholic Church, Somerset, with Father Jim Brinkman and Deacon Maurice Baillargeon officiating. Visitation was one and one half hours prior to the service at the church. Interment was in the church cemetery. Music was by Janelle Sutherland, Jeanne Germain, Cathie Germain, Sharisse Germain, Jerry Germain and Sharon Neuenfeldt. Pallbearers were Tim Germain, James Lawrence, Luke Germain, Adam Germain, Ted Germain and Scott Feiner.
