She had lived with cancer for two and one-half years. Born Aug. 6, 1963, in Amery, the daughter of James L. and Evonne (Hansen) Moore, she grew up in the New Richmond area and graduated from New Richmond High School in 1981. On July 25, 1981, she was married to Charles W. Nutzmann Jr. She attended school at WITC, earned an associate degree and started her own business in St. Croix Falls, Zion Art Marketing, which she operated for several years before selling it. She also worked in advertising and sales for different companies. In September 1988 she was married to Mark Mattison, who later died in an automobile accident. Shelley started a banking career, working at banks in Somerset and New Richmond, and on Aug. 21, 1993, she was married to Jerry Beam, whom she later divorced. She was active in the AIB and WBA banking organizations. Her hobbies included traveling, especially to warm places, photography, writing poetry and dancing. Preceding her in death besides her husband Mark Mattison were her two grandfathers. Surviving are her daughter, Tracy Nutzmann of New Richmond; her parents, James and Evonne Moore of Amery; a brother, Kelly (Jeanine) Moore of Deer Park; and a sister Wanda (Mark) Nelson of Prairie Farm. Funeral services were Saturday, Jan. 25, at 11 a.m. at East Immanuel Lutheran Church in rural Amery with Revs. Linda and Loren Schumacher officiating. Music was provided by soloist Mary Schock and organist Jane Johnson.
