Holter, 34, died Oct. 8, 2002 Noel P. Holter, 34, of Hudson died Tuesday, Oct. 8, in an automobile accident. He was born Oct. 7, 1968, the son of Bruce and Jann (Yarusso) Holter. On May 20, 1990, he was married to Christine "Christy" Christensen. Since August 1997, he was cleaning supervisor at the St. Croix Valley YMCA in Hudson, until he resigned earlier this year. He enjoyed fishing, skateboarding with his sons, boating and camping with his family. Preceding him in death were his maternal grandparents, Patrick and Beatrice Yarusso. Surviving are his wife, Christine of Hudson; three sons, Derek, 12, Jacob, 7, and Logan, 5; his parents, Bruce and Jann Holter of Shell Lake; three brothers, Erik (Carrie), Damon (Heather) and Tony (Linsy); his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Richard and Nancy Christensen of Oakdale, Minn.; a brother-in-law, Chad; and his grandparents, Ted (Lori) Holter and Dorothy Yarusso. Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 11, at the United Methodist Church in Hudson. Visitation was from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 10, at the United Methodist Church and one hour prior to the service. Burial was in Willow River Cemetery in Hudson.
