Christenson, 39 Holly Jean Christenson, 39, of rural Ridgeland died at home of cancer Sunday, Jan. 26. Born in Menomonie June 15, 1963, to Clarence “Click” and Bonnie (Brown) Hinzman, she was raised in Boyceville and later Hudson, where she graduated from Hudson High School in 1981. She lived briefly in Pt. Hope, Alaska, before returning to New Richmond. On June 3, 1994, she was married to George Christenson, and they eventually settled in Ridgeland. She worked for Andersen Windows in Bayport, Minn., since 1987. Her hobbies included her farm, pets, singing and crafts, and spending time with her family. Preceding her in death was her father, Clarence Hinzman. Surviving are her husband, George Christenson, of Ridgeland; her son, Jasen P. Hinzman of Ridgeland; her mother, Bonnie (Dale) Soderberg of Arkansas; two sisters, Kristi (Ted) Frankson of Pt. Hope, Alaska, and Trudy (Jim) Huber of Ridgeland; a stepson, Greg Christenson of Rice Lake; two stepdaughters, Breanne Christenson of Rice Lake and Dawn Christenson of Hudson; two grandchildren, Paige and Trinity Meyer; and a lifelong friend, Jenny Jerry. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 31, at United Lutheran Church in Prairie Farm with the Revs. Oz Twedt and Randy Dean officiating. Visitation is from 5-8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 30, at the Mark Rausch Funeral Home in Dallas and one hour prior to services at the church on Friday.
