Marson, 74 Aug. 29, 1928 - June 23, 2003 Dorothy Mae Marson of New Richmond passed away June 23 surrounded by family. She was born Aug. 29, 1928 in River Falls to Francis and Linnie Evans. She attended New Richmond Schools. She married Richard Marson Aug. 27, 1947 in Elmwood. She was a homemaker and member of American Legion Post #80 Auxiliary. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Richard, and son Jim. Dorothy is survived by children, Tom (Leann) of Amery and Sue (Dick) Westphal of New Richmond; grandchildren Kesha, Kellen, Kelsey and Kendra Marson, and Ricky Westphal. Visitation was 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, June 25 at Cullen Funeral Home, New Richmond, and one hour prior to the service. Prayer service was at 7:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial is at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, June 26 at Immaculate Conception Church, New Richmond, with Father Allan Bradley officiating. Pallbearers are grandchildren. Honorary pallbearers are American Legion Post #80 Auxiliary. Interment is in Immaculate Conception Cemetery.
