Patsy the “Hosta Queen” loved gardening, traveling, reading, bowling, fishing, genealogy and the Green Bay Packers. A dedicated 30-year government employee, a majority of that time was working at the VA Hospital in Minneapolis. In her retired years she was very active in the conservation and preservation of Cedar Lake. She will be greatly missed by her children, grandchildren, family and friends. Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Friday, June 27 at Simonet Funeral Home, 6429 Osgood Avenue North, Stillwater. Visitation is 5-8 p.m.Thursday, June 26 and one hour prior to service at the funeral home. Interment is at Fairview Cemetery.
