Snyder, 87 May 31, 1916 - June 7, 2003 Delores E. Snyder of New Richmond, formeerly of Onawa, Iowa, died Saturday, June 7 at United Hospital, St. Paul, Minn. She was born May 31, 1916 to Joseph F. Brinkman and Elizabeth C. Keller. She married Earl Snyder on Oct. 14, 1936 at St. Patrick’s Church in Erin. She worked as a Baker for 27 years at Snyder’s Bakery, Onawa, Iowa. Delores enjoyed traveling, playing cards, reading, bowling, crocheting and was an avid Chicago Cubs fan. She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Snyder. She is survived by siblings, Lucille Lundell, Ewald Brinkman, Wanita Brinkman, Joseph Brinkman; special daughter and godchild, Sandra (James) Durning; godson James (Kathy) Lundell; numerous nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial was Wednesday, June 11 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Father Al Bradley and Father Jim Brinkman officiating. Visitation was Tuesday at Cullen Funeral Homeand one hour before the service at the church. Pallbearers were Bob Brinkman, Joe Brinkman, Greg Brinkman, John Lundell, Joe Lundell and James Lundell. Interment was in New Richmond Cemetery.
