McDonough, 56 Larry J. McDonough, 56, of Chippewa Falls, formerly of Wheeler, died Wednesday, Aug. 27, in Boyceville while trimming trees. He was born May 7, 1947, in Menomonie, the son of Floyd R. and Audrey (Markey) McDonough, graduated from Boyceville High School and later became a certified arborist. On Aug. 2, 1975, in Wheeler, he married Anita Pollack. He was a salesman, tree trimmer and jack-of-all-trades and enjoyed golf, playing chess and woodworking. He was an avid Packer fan. Surviving are his wife, Anita; two children, Dusten McDonough and Kelly (Mat) Roos, both of Menasha; two grandchildren, Anmarie and Danielle Roos; four brothers, Edmond (Jan) McDonough of Wyoming, Minn., Ronald (Debbie) McDonough of Wheeler, David McDonough of Menomonie and Allen (Bonnie) McDonough of Manitowoc; two sisters, Sharon (Larry) Hoff of Roberts and Wendy McDonough of Wheeler; and a special friend, Shirley Conley of Fairchild. Preceding him in death were his parents and grandparents. Memorial services were at 6 p.m. Monday, Sept. 1, at the Olson Funeral Home in Menomonie with the Rev.
