Hause, 75 Clyde Irwin Hause, 75, of Nisswa, Minn., Marco Island, Fla., Oakdale, Minn., and formerly of Hudson, died Friday, Sept. 5, at Abbott-Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis. He was a technical director and later manager of the New Products division of Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing Company (3M) until his retirement in 1989. Born in Detroit, Mich., March 2, 1928, he was a graduate of the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. In 1950 he was married to Phyllis Ann O’Connor. They made their home on Nelson Farm Road Hudson from 1977 to 1989. Preceding him in death were his parents; and a daughter, Aimee, in 1971. Survivors are his wife, Phyllis A. Hause of Oakdale, Minn.; 11 children, Alice (Bruce) Johnson, of Lake Elmo, Minn., Clyde P. Hause of West St. Paul, Minn., Christopher (Cindy) Hause of Overland Park, Kansas, Matthew (Martha) Hause of Chippenham, England, Mark (Julia) Hause of Wilmington, Del., Michael (Kris) Hause and Marilyn (Patrick) Schullo, both of Hudson, Timothy C. (Julie) Hause of Champlin, Minn., Marjorie (Michael) Kennedy of Oakdale, Minn., Curtis (Joan) Hause and Emily (Scott) Brooks, both of St. Paul; and 26 grandchildren ranging in age from 3 to 27. A Memorial Mass was at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 9, at St. Jude of the Lake Catholic Church in Mahtomedi, Minn. Memorial visitation was 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, Sept. 8, at Sandberg Funeral Home in North St. Paul. Private burial was at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis.
