    3. Hello. I'm looking for ANY info on Ole S. Lee and members of his family. I have the info from the 1880 and 1900 census. Ultimately I'd like to find out Where in Norway he was from, and family info from there, but need more info before I can get there. Here's what I have so far: Ole S. Lee came to US approx 1869 - per the 1900 census. He settled in Baldwin, St Croix, Wisconsin. He married Ingeborg Helene (Isabel/Belle) Thoen in 1874 (or 1876 - currently waiting for a copy of the marriage certificate). They had 5 children, Sever 1876, Axel J 1878, Oluff 1879, Alma (?) B 1885 and Harry Orvel 1888. (Harry is my husband's grandfather, and the only one we have any additional info on) Belle died in 1891 (per a family tree I found on the internet). Ole remarried in 1895 to Anna (e) Simonsen. They had a son, Axel J. in 1896. We have obtained a copy of a death certificate for Ole Lee, for Dec 18, 1903. We are almost sure it is for "our" Ole. It lists his parents being John and Johanna Lee. Well, this is where I get stuck and confused. If his name is Ole Syvertsen Lee, Norwegian naming convention leads me to believe his father's name is Syvert, not John. And I still can't locate any of them in Norway. So, now that I've given all that info, if anyone is still reading this long message, I'm wondering if anyone has any additional info on any member of this family and would be willing to pass it along?? Thanks so much for reading this and any info you may have. sha.
