Heckman, 73, of Hudson died unexpectedly Wednesday, Aug. 20, at his home on Second Street. His body was cremated and the cremains were buried at the Northern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Spooner. He was a retired employee of Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing Company (3M) and had served in the U.S. Army.
