Miller Elwood E. Miller died Thursday, June 19, 2003. He was the beloved husband of Emma ‘Anni’ Miller (nee Knodt); dear son of the late Roy V. and Grace Miller; dear brother of Mary Ann (Jean) Reed, Gretta (Gilbert) Parent, Dorothy Daymont, Richard (Lois) Miller, Beverly (Glenn) Berger, Barbara (William) Jahnke, Sheryl DeMatteis, Judy Goodwin and the late Ardis, Arlene, Marilyn, Duane and Delores. Mr. Miller is survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins and friends. Visitation was Sunday, June 22. Funeral service was held Monday, June 23 at the Kutis South County Chapel, Butler Hill. Interment was in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. Mr. Miller was a former Exalted Ruler of Oakville Elks Lodge #2726. He served in World War II in Germany and in the Korean Conflict. He was a member of the VFW-Arnold and a retired employee of the Army Aviation Systems Command.
