Tollefson, 77 Sylvia Oletta Tollefson, 77, of Hudson, formerly of Eleva, died Saturday, June 21, at Regions Hospital in St. Paul. She was born June 21, 1926, in St. James, Minn., the daughter of Alfred and Helga (Olson) Hagen. On Oct. 30, 1948, in Eleva, she was married to William Tollefson. She was employed as a secretary and bookkeeper at Family Farms in Eleva for several years. In September 2001, she moved to Hudson to be closer to some of her children. She is survived by three daughters, Cynthia (Michael) Olson of Green Valley, Ariz., Bonnie (Glenn) Bonnes of Rochester, Minn., and Jean (Michael) Romundstad of Hudson; a son, Douglas (Sandy) Tollefson of Lakeland, Minn.; three sisters, Irene (Ernie) Bernloehr of St. James, Minn., Margaret Ryan of Mankato, Minn., and Addy (Roger) Howard of West St. Paul; seven grandchildren, Bradley Olson, Bryan Olson, Tim Bonnes, Andy Bonnes, Taya Cave, Cory Romundstad and Tessa Romundstad; and one great-grandson, Braeden Cave. Preceding her in death was her husband, William Tollefson, on July 26, 1988. Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 25, at the Eleva Lutheran Church with the Rev. Kermit Solem officiating. Burial was in the Eleva Cemetery.
