Memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Friday, July 18 at Stillwater Evangelical Free Church, 7671 Manning Ave. N., Stillwater. Memorial visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Thursday, July 13 with a 7 p.m. prayer vigil at Sandberg Funeral Home, 7th and Charles St., North St. Paul, and visitation one hour prior to the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
