They applied for their license on 12/27/1898. Could this be them? If so, the paperwork will be on file at the county courthouse. I've pulled entries from there before. It's pretty easy. Another good resource for Westmoreland County is the Tribune Review archives online since about 1990. There was a few Wasniewski's listed but not many. http://library.tribweb.com/interconnect/intercon.dll for items from 1990 through 2001 http://www.pittsburghlive.com for stuff from 2001 through the present. BTW, my GGF was Franciszek Jozef Wisniewski, son of Franciszek and Wladyslawy Toronskich Wisniewski, born in 1886 in Tartaku near Warsaw.
