    3. Do you know what religion she was? From the marriage certificate you have where she was born. The certificate will sometimes list the type of ceremony or religion. I would then check with church records from the area which were much more accurate for that time period. I don't believe Wildwood was Catholic. Her death certificate should have her birth city as well. I have also found many of my relatives living together for one reason or another and Wisconsin does list the relationship in later census records, even in the 1880 I believe. Not sure how Wisconsin did it on their census reports. You may have to find brother, sister, or child of Mathilda which may be another whole project in itself!!
